Seriously, I like many of the things that Haslam has done, but this is a head scratcher. I know it's just a small change to gov type stuff, but to pay 46k for this piece of shite? Really strange.
But, we definitely know that the Haslam's know how to move money around.

Yeah, it's bad. Probably overblown but the money spent isn't, that's a tad ridiculous.
