Are we still in favor of staff changes?

I think with all the chaos in the division we might be better off just retaining everybody, thoughts?

Let's maintain stability during these times unless a coach on current staff goes and gets a promotion somewhere else. Dobbs needs to stay on campus and throw his arse off with the receivers this summer. Last summer he did some internship in Florida and then did some other job shadow deal I think. If he can improve his passing from this year, we will be tough to stop on offense. Literally everyone is back from this year. We lose the following who started yesterday: Von Pearson and Kerbyson on offense and then Randolph and McNeil on defense.

I also hate to play this game, but the 4 losses were by 17 points (only outscored by 10 in regulation in the 4 losses). Imagine what you'd be thinking about next year if we had finished 10-2. If could have even been 11-1.

I know what you mean. It sucks to look back at but it's also something to build on. We were young and banged up all year. I thought Debord called a really good game last night. The fake swing pass to Kamara that left Von wide open in the end zone was beautiful. They bit so hard that Alvin actually got targeted.

Maybe hire a true QB coach but yeah, I think we stay with what we have.

Azzani should definitely be gone. That is it though.

Azzani also has been in charge of the punt and kick return coverages that are the best in the nation... I think he stays

In favor of retaining for continuity and recruiting pyrposes. Debord had me scratching my head at times, but he did a lot of things really well at times as well. I'd like to see what he can do with a more accurate Josh Dobbs in his 2nd year of play calling for us.

WR development has to improve IMO. Just about everything else is/has for the most part. Dobbs needs to do his part but it's mind boggling that our leading receiver finished the season with 388 yards with as much talent as they've assembled. That would be my one gripe. Getting the WR's more involved and improving the passing game with all the weapons at your disposal.

Personally, I'd love to see them bring in a top notch QB coach
