I saw it was 3 charges of aggravated assault and included something about strangulation. It will probably end up being a girl too with our luck

From what i've seen, and what a couple classmates told me today, was that he groped a girl and she fought back. Haven't heard anything about a strangulation, but he's now off the team.

One less potential trial. Don't expect Butch to let him come back if he's dumb enough to frick up during his first month on campus.

There's a good chance of reinstatement in this case from what I've heard. It's no guarantee but the door isn't closed here. Some things about the case aren't right and even Rucker mentioned before the girl decided not to press charges that this may not be all it seems despite how horrible it sounded and said he wouldn't have believed it let alone passed it on that folks should withhold judgement until more comes out had it not come from a source he trusts.
That said, if he is reinstated it may take a while. I don't think there will be any rash decisions made on that front.

With what's been going on around campus recently I wouldn't be surprised if the make an example of him and give him the boot either way.

I don't know what happened to that.
But a reporter asked him why Alexis pleaded "Not guilty", and the lawyer responded "Because he's not guilty".
