Outside of knowing someone, is stubhub pretty much the best price. Looking for tickets to the bama vs. VT game and they have some nosebleeds for $215, is that pretty much the best price?

You're a sucker if you pay that price. I've paid a lot less than that for much better seats at the Iron Bowl

This. If the guy won't negotiate with you after kickoff you should just tell him to enjoy his souvenirs and move on.
