By early I mean year 1.

For Auburn:
DE Byron Cowart
RB Jovon Robinson
H-Back Chandler Cox
WR Darius Slayton
And maybe Carlton Davis

First off, congrats on a great class. Cowart is going to be a force, and i really think holland will wreck shite.

I think LSU's early impact players will be

1) Kevin Toliver: SEC sized already. very fast and a true lockdown corner. I think he will be a starter by mid year, but will definitely be a vital part of the early rotation.

2) Derrius Guice RB: This guy is super electric with the ball in his hand. Will probably play in the #2 role, and i think he'll be a huge part in screens and quick runs.

3) David Ducre FB: Should be able to come in and take the fullback spot. Very fast and towards the end of the year we seem to like to dump the ball off to the full back.

4) Donte Jackson: Should see early playing time as our kickoff and punt return specialist. Lightening fast, should also push for time at CB.and will be involved in some offense

With how well bama's been recruiting db's (5*'s for days) will Minkah and Sheffield see the field early?

I seriously doubt it. I don't think we have a player from high school make a impact this year. If anyone does I think it will be Ronnie Harrison. He has the size. Oh yea Bo Scarborough.

Terry Beckner Jr- won't be a starter per se, but will play a ton of snaps. He'll back up Brantkey but both of those guys are capable of playing inside/out and we will be adding some 3-4 elements as well

Johnathan Johnson- little fella is flat out electric with the ball in his hands. We return virtually no experience at WR and have little that fits the slot profile. We also lost Murphy returning kicks and Johnson is a similar player that could fill those roles.

Malik Cuellar and Tyler Howell- pair of JUCO OTs that will likely be our starters there.

Marcel Frazier- JUCO DE that will be in a battle to start opposite of Charles Harris

Chase Abbington- JUCO RB that will battle for the #2 back

Rest will likely RS

The QB situation will be very interesting to monitor moving forward. We have Dobbs as the starter, then 3 talented true freshmen. Hopefully we don't have to rely on the freshmen at all, but they will make an impact for sure. Dormady, Sheriron Jones, and Jennings.

Richmond, Jack Jones, and Boulware will all have an impact on the OL.

Kamara will have a huge impact at RB. Will not surprise me if him and Hurd split carries 50/50.

Preston Williams, if he is all healed up, is the only WR that will have an impact imo.

Khalil McKenzie and Shy Tuttle will both have an impact at DT. I wouldn't be surprised to see Khalil start.

Phillips will have a definite impact at DE.

Kirkland will play at MLB.

Kevin Martin will start at CB opposite of Cam Sutton.

Tennessee will have quite a few impact players come out of this class... just like last year, with Barnett, Hurd, etc.

Yea doubt it. We need a Safety to step up though as the previous Bama poster mentioned. Bo has a chance at RB, also Damien Harris since he is a very well rounded RB.

Early Enrollees:

WR - Christian Kirk. Will take over as a slot immediately, and might return punts or kicks.

S - Justin Evans. Instant starter at S from the JUCO ranks, and may allow us to move Armani Watts back to CB, where questions abound.

LB - Claude George. JUCO that will be in the rotation at a minimum, and could end up starting.

TE/H - Jordan Davis. Actually played outside WR in HS, but has the size to play TE. Only guy on the roster who can conceivably be a real threat both blocking and catching.

Arriving In Summer:

DT - Daylon Mack. Likely a starter by mid-season, if not sooner. Heavy use in rotation before then.

QB - Kyler Murray. Assuming he doesn't go MLB, he will have an opportunity to win the starting job from Kyle Allen.

K - Daniel LaCamera. Taylor Bertolet is still on campus, so he could win the job again, but he had already lost it once to Josh Lambo (now graduated). Bertolet can continue as KO specialist, but someone has handle the FGs and PATs.

Backup QBs don't make an impact. So unless you think one starts or Dobbs gets hurt, the. They don't belong on the list

Trent Thompson will see the field early and often.
Rashad RoundTree will be "Tree 2.0" especially on run support from the safety position.

On offense Terry Godwin will start day 1 and will spread the field. Sorry SEC
