Another Arkansas source is saying that he doesn't think White will pick LSU and he's completely independent of Otis. Also more trustworthy, imo.

Richard said today that we should have 15-16 very soon and that 'B' said he expects to sign 18-22, depending on how things shake out.
Also, I'm almost certain that Otis recently said he expects the number to be closer to 25, but I think it was just a guess.
