What's this about Rashan Gary's mom and security while visiting Ole Miss?

From a 247 mod.

quote:

There is confirmation of an incident involving Rashan Gary's mother in the Grove that is just ridiculous. She was there for the Walk of Champions on Saturday and had not had enough time to get her credential. She was approached by security and asked to leave, I am told. An altercation ensued in which the rent-a-cop allegedly shoved her and cursed her. All things considered, I understand she took it as good as one could have. Other than that, we are told it was a good visit

Turns out she was pretty pissed about it.

Then someone handed her a bag full of cash, and that brightened up the trip a bit. Nothing like good ol southern hospitality

Nothing a little cash can't fix. In all seriousness though, he isn't coming here.

There isn't a realistic WAOM fan that truly believes in a RG commitment

I just want to know who the mall cop was. Just curious. Definitely not gonna slash his tires or fight him IRL.

Why was she asked to leave anyway? You need credentials for the Walk of Champions? Is it not open to the public?

I wonder if it had something to do with walking down the path with the team. I know a lot of times they let recruits and their families do it. I have no idea though.

She was also upset about someone waiving the state flag on the Square in a protest. She posted about it on Facebook and someone commented underneath "well now you know not to send your son" and about five "be safe!!!"

So combine those two things and our slim shot just went to no shot. She said her trip was great but it was also to Ole Miss media. I'm sure what she says to family and friends is less flattering. Michigan bound.

The tire man won't be pleased with this development. Some of your boosters have been bragging about Gary being "in the bag" for a few weeks now. Some puny little $10/hr guy had one job, and couldn't do it. A pity.

Interesting strategy.

Giving recruits' families tort causes of action so they can pay them above board.

You heard wrong. Gary wasn't "in the bag," the bag was in Gary's hands. Big difference. Do you even Network, brah?
