What happens to LSU's recruits if Miles is fired?

LSU currently has the #1 recruiting class in the nation, and unless they keep Miles I don't think there's any way they end up there. Who does the firing help most?
I would think A&M and Bama, but I haven't followed a ton of recruiting in the West this year.

Depends on who they bring in I would imagine.
And I would assume the same about who it helps given the area. But that's also assuming they don't bring in a coach who can convince the bulk of those kids to stay.

I'd imagine Ole miss would become Santa to some kids from Louisiana.

North Shore would rather their kids sit out 3 years and declare for the NFL than go to A&M.

We'll take Divinity and Fulton.

They might lose a couple big names, but I don't think many would flip unless the entire staff was washed.

Doesn't this typically happen with a new coach though.

Most of those Louisiana kids -- like the UGA commits from Georgia (and Nauta, too) -- are more tied to the school than the coach, so I think they'll stay. The out-of-state guys, some will wait it out and decide after the hire and others will bolt.

If Frank Wilson and/or Oregeron left it would be disastrous for them.

Those are the two that I would try to keep if I was a new coach coming in.

If LSU got both of those 2 back, the class won't be a complete meltdown. At this point I don't see either getting a OC or DC offer, so it's possible. I think we at least keep one of the two.
Also we have no idea who LSU hires, which is pretty paramount. I don't think we fire him until someone is already lined up.

Any high profile Coach will clean house. They aren't gonna want any of Les' guys around.

If any coach that gets hired at LSU gets rid of Frank Wilson he is a fricking moron period. Still hate we couldn't get him back on staff because Pete Boone is a spineless dickhead.

Tom Herman (or another stud SC HC) will pick the ones he wants and bring them to SC...except for the ones who grew up LSU fans and they're going to LSU regardless of who the coach is.

At least you're reasonable.

Word is Coach O is interested in a hc gig for the Orange

I would think Wilson would take this opportunity to find an OC job somewhere. He's said he wants to be a head coach some day. He was a candidate for the Troy job but they picked a guy who'd been an OC before.
