From Buford, Ga so the pressure to stay instate will be intense... He and fellow IMG teammate Drake Davis (LSU lock according to Tiger Recruiting Board) came with Patterson to Oxford this weekend and he watched Evan Engram become our alltime yardage leader at the TE position... Florida State is recruiting him the hardest apparently so are we looking at a Georgia/FSU battle with Ole Miss on the outside looking in ? What are you MODs saying ? TIA

He decommitted from FSU because it was too far from home.

Georgia is confident.

If he was signing today he'd be a dawg IMO. But a lot can happen from now until Jan. when he enrolls. Michigan will be a big player in this too

He's only been in Ga for two years. He's playing in Fl at IMG. That's been a positive for UGA because he's homesick and knows he can be at home in 45 minutes if he plays in Athens. Outside of that, there's not much info either way.

He committed to FSU because he parents were moving to Jacksonville. Those plans changed, as they are now staying in Atlanta. Being close to family is huge. I think Ole miss is a legit option, but in the end I believe it will come down to UGA and TCU. He has a family in Fort Worth, an uncle I believe, who he is very close with. That TCU passing attack has to be appealing.

In the end, I think he ends up at UGA, as long as he can see past the shite show we have a QB this year. I’m hoping the Eason effect will be the final nail.

Making something up, and then putting the burden of proof on everyone else. Nice.

I don't think Michigan will factor in much, nor will TCU. Ole Miss will sign Wegher as a slot receiver/bring in his quarterback, and UGA is much closer to home. We'll see what wins out from those factors but I think it'll be UGA.

Thanks for admitting you just made something up.

LSU fans obviously want him, but we're not running around saying he's an LSU lock. You 100% made that part up.

I think they got wind of a lot of family pressure to stay in BR. They want him home and LSU has pushed for him so they are probably just taking an educated guess...especially since he came out and said ole miss is the leader with LSU right there. He and Shea play together so it's not surprising.

Agreed, he seems to be all DAWG. UGA's TE's this yr are on a pace to have the fewest receptions in the Richt era, that could be a turn off for the young man. If not UGA watch out for Michigan and TCU, I personally think he is the best TE prospect since OJ Howard a few yrs ago.

My parents have a lake house near Dahlonega. That place stinks.
