I prefer the bury my head in the sand approach and just pretend that UGA is really sucking at recruiting.

I'd say Hill has gone from UGA to Auburn lean Barners. Hate to say it, but I'm not counting on him. Had actually heard silent months back, but recruiting is recruiting. Seems your pitch is working on him at this time.
We'll need our in-state class to sway him back if possible.

We land Salyer, but Hill ends up at Auburn. Honestly, I can live with that.

I hope the Dawgs land Hill. By his second year on campus the line will have taken a loss due to graduation. Between this year and 2019 Gaillard, Hayes, Sims, and Wynn will all be gone.

If it is strictly about playing time, I would assume FSU and UF would be his best bet. Auburn is losing its OC and RG but we have about 15 highly rated OG on scholarship although we have just been playing 5 OG across the OL now for years.

We have a bunch of average ones, none of them measure up to what Hill should be.

Not exactly sure if he would be the highest rated recruit - Joey Gatewood might possibly be higher, but he is definitely the highest rated player on the O line we are going after.

We have FOUR senior starters on the O line this year - 4!!!!! Pretty damn good selling point if you ask me. Let's just hope we can have a decent season so that we don't look like LSU this year and have recruits bailing on us.

Word on the street is the Hill battle might not be over. He has visited AU a ton which has always been a good indicator of where a prospect is leaning but there seems to be a tide turning in UGA's favor here. If we get him and Sayler our offensive line is about to be lit for years.

I noticed Bud Elliott put a CB in for UGA on Trey Hill in the last day or two.

The paid Auburn recruiting insiders (Keith Neihbur, etc..) still feel good about him going to Auburn but you never really know. Probably largely depends on how well Auburn does against Georgia. If we can finish strong then he probably signs with us. My two cents which isn't worth very much. If you look at the 247 site, Bud Elliott put in like 10 CBs all at one time, which makes me thing he is just guessing and that the pick didn't come from anything specific, but who knows. I don't keep up with his info.

Josh Newberg also put in a CB for Hill to UGA. I don't know what that actually means or that it even matters but our depth on the line is a little stronger which has been said to be a factor in his recruitment and that's not going to change.

Would be a BIG loss for us. Hill would easily be our highest rated offensive recruit.

Renewed confidence in landing him around Georgia circles. Interesting recruitment for sure. Kid will be a monster if he commits to S&C and a good nutrition plan.

Keith knows nothing. It's obvious he's back to leaning UGA at the moment. Only question is can a strong finish which would include a win over UGA sway him back?
