Sometimes a kid is so talented that you take a chance. I'm sure every team, including LSU, has taken a flyer on a kid with some attitude/off the field stuff. Sometimes it works out. Sometimes it doesn't.

I know he's saying it like a prick, but it's a fact our staff backed away. There were more than a few red flags on him. Now that's been confirmed by your staff. By signing day when he committed, no one here knew or cared that Bama was an option. If you'll rememeber he was a 'done deal' to Miami after LSU stopped calling, and none of us got very upset. i wonder if LSU takes a chance on him and brings him back home if he transfers. Since his high school is on LSU's campus and we have several of his teammates on the team which are high character and quality guys. Maybe that can help him. But i dont really know how bad his character is so who knows. But the kid has amazing talent. Hope he gets it all sorted out and changes for the better regardless

How is that "like a prick"? His high school is ON OUR CAMPUS basically. You don't think we had more info on him than Saban?
Some Bama retard made a "processed" comment. And yes, we basically processed him out of our offers BEFORE NSD.
I'm sorry you feel the need to make this guy feel better in a softer tone, have fun with that.
How the frick you felt that was a shot at Bama is beyond me, it was simply stating fact. I brought up Saban cause you and I both know he wanted to get that guy from BR no matter what simply for the looks of it.....and ALL colleges do that from time to time in a rival's back yard. But you also know that even if Saban felt the same as LSU, there was NO WAY he could take the offer off the table and not get destroyed by Louisiana coaches across the state.
