LSU would welcome their 3rd good QB in in the past 2 weeks. Come on down Tate

I can't see Narcisse, Brennan and Martel all coming in with the 17' class.

Word is that he was already sporting LSU gloves

OSU is getting CB's for both Martell and Tyron Lindsay this am.

Probably a long way to go for both though, as they are west coast kids who will be out with USC/UCLA/Oregon etc. for the next 9 months

Not a chance...Tate got upset with every QB offer the Aggies made.

He'll go to a team with no QB committed. Guaranteed.

QB is the only position where i feel like kids should be the "only QB" often. Take 1 a year, and you will always have 3-5 on the roster. Obviously some years you need 2 (transfers/injuries/academic problems/early entrants) but most years schools should be able to take 1 and be fine.

He's wrong in the sole fact that it was hypocritical. He left VT in 2014 to A&M for a lateral move.

dude has had 4 jobs in 7 years and wants to bitch about loyalty. It's pathetic.

Nothing he said was close to being right. Schools and coaches pull scholarships and slow play players all the time. Then they jump from job to job. They have just as little loyalty as this generation. Typical "back in the good old days" nonsense.

Tate Martell

IMO, he is the most overrated prospect in 2017. If he didn't play at Bishop Gorman, he wouldn't be getting this amount of attention.

We haven't even offered Martell. This will be a difficult cycle for Oregon because Travis Jonsen as redshirt frosh is pushing Prukop, the senior transfer, and Terry Wilson as a true frosh looks legit.

Personally, I'd like to see Oregon go in a different direction with a kid they can develop vs a kid that's probably peaked at 5'11".

The other problem with his tweet is the pressure to commit, especially at the qb spot, so early in the cycle. It's earlier and earlier, so of course there is going to be more buyer's remorse.

To me Martell makes perfect sense for Oregon's offense. He would rip up the PAC-12 in that kind of offense.

Oregon has shied away from egocentric personalities. It's been problematic in it's own way. All of our best players are extremely introverted and sometimes the team looks like it popped xanax before games. I was excited to see Vernon last year because he has a charismatic quality. However, he was all about the team.

I don't like what I am hearing about Martell and his dad's involvement. It's shades of Kyler Murray all over.
