As fun as it is to look ahead, it always cracks me up how different the final rankings usually end up. I went from thinking Keion Joyner was arguably the biggest priority for LSU to pretty apathetic about his choice, even though I still want him on board

How often do they update that info? Hockman committed to UGA and they still list him as uncommitted.

LSU isn't apathetic to Joyner's choice. They want him. Nobody but unc can get him to visit. It's not like LSU isn't trying.

I said I, myself, am guilty of not being as attentive (apathetic) to his recruitment as I was when he was ranked much higher. Obviously that doesn't mean I think he isn't very talented and not wanted. Just so few spots left and I admit to doing a little star gazing. I even said I still want him at LSU

Todd Harris in there listed as a corner, but I'm pretty sure he's going to be a safety in college. Hopefully we can lock him up soon.

I'm hoping Jaquan Yulee can help us land Devon Hunter. We're also in good shape for Jerry Jeudy.

It's all good. He and Divinity are the big fish left at lber. Once the season starts and trips are free I'm sure we'll get more clarity to his recruitment. Kid has always been high on LSU

Oh, to be a fly on the wall when Steele, O, and Raymond discuss our future defense to recruits. We're too well established to run a primary 3-4, and I don't want to make the style too confusing. We're just too established on the line and secondary to switch. I'd be cool with a 4-2-5

We also lead for Deangelo Gibbs right now. That can and probably will change 10 times between now and Feb. 2017, but he's been smitten by Bama for quite a while now. Doesn't hurt that we have a staff connection somehow (although I don't recall how right off hand) at that school.
Also appear to be the early #1 for Okudah. Our DB class could be epic for the 3rd year in 4 years in 2017 (not taking many this year, it appears).
