Question about top recruits choices

I was just interested in what people think are the main reasons that a top-rated prospect commits to a certain school.
I'm talking about a 4-star prospect with offers from multiple BCS schools like Alabama, Florida, LSU, etc. I know each player has their own reasons, but just generalizing, what are the top reasons for his choice.
My top 5 are as follows:
1) coach and assistant coaches
2) proximity to home
3) perceived chance to win championships
4) social life opportunities in town
5) playing time?
I didn't put facilities or legacy reasons, but I guess they would also have an influence.
I'd really love to hear from some ex-players if there are any.

For me it was all about the money.

Im not sure there's a set order, probably different for each kid, but I'd think it's definitely a combo of
Proximity to Home + Playing Time + Coaches/Chance to win titles
Social life is big, but honestly if you're a baller at a big time school you should be banging 100+ broads while you're in school if you want to easy.
As for a school like Bama it doesn't seem like playing time is even in the mix with them b/c they are stacked everywhere
Personally, I would've gone to Arkansas regardless of the other things, but Ive been a die hard fan since I can remember.

I think one of the biggest reasons is the ability to get guys to the next level. It's a snowballing effect that is the main reason coaches like Saban, Miles, and Calipari have become as good as they are in recruiting.

I think playing time is big for all recruits, but for the elite I think the ability to get to the next level is the biggest factor.

I decided on my scholarship offer based on the coach and the quality of the education. There were no other reasons that swayed my decision, besides the ones I mentioned.
