Players who decommit

How often do players commit to a team, then decommit, and then end up signing with the team they decommitted from? I am pretty sure Georgia had one last year, but it seems the majority end up going somewhere else.
It came to mind because Shyheim Carter and Dylan Moses are two major recruits that have decommitted from good programs, but at least some of their fan bases (MOST of LSU fans about Dylan Moses) feel strongly they will recommit on NSD.

We've seen it happen a few times before.

I don't think one Alabama fan has said this regarding Carter. You can remove his name from the thread.

Just in recent years, UGA had OT Pat Allen, DB Tramel Terry, and DB Rico McGraw. Those are just a few off the top of my head, but it is rather few and far between that recommiting happens.

Nate Craig may be one to watch this year.

We had two in the 2014 class: CJ Hampton and Sammie Epps. There was someone else recently but I can't put my finger on it.

But I seriously hope so. Seems to be a UF/AU battle right now.
EJ Price could be one too. He's gotten three CBs to UGA since his decommitment.

UK has had two, one in 2014 (Denzil Ware) and one in 2015 (Marcus Walker).

LSU had 2 last year (Guice and X. Lewis) who recommitted.

Basketball related but Skylar Mays just recommitted to LSU after decommitting like a year ago.

I am thinking Ruben Foster? I thought he initially committed to Bama, then committed to AU and was solid until Chiz and the staff got let go, then switched back to Bama (with AU tattoo)

I'm pretty sure I have heard at least oe Alabama fn say that, and I haven't even met that many of them. There are so many out there, though, that I would think there is more than the one I heard.

Rico McGraw was the one I was thinking about. I didin't remember that about Allen and Wilson. Old age, I guess.

Ed Alexander recommitted as well.

Spencer region tried that. Both Alabama and Auburn told him to kick rocks

Daylon Charlot decommitted and recommitted.
