OT Texas 2015 Signee pulls out of scolarship,

He says he is scared to take a spanish class and fail which would make him ineligible.
I don't know seems fishy that he would be able to get out of LOI and sign with Oklahoma of all schools, is it possible kids could start doing this?

The highest percentage would be LSU. But, that's probably true for several schools due to obvious reasons.

That actually makes the thread somewhat relevant since we play OU this year. Since he signed an LOI his transfer to OU may be more complicated than he thinks or has been told.
