Had a long talk with Butch this week and things are "headed that way" per 247.

Never happened before. Recruiting class would suffer if UT goes 4-8, I would think. I'd bet it wouldn't suffer too much though.

I haven't heard anything that would make me worried he's gone. If he does flip though, congrats, he's going to be good wherever he goes.

I'd definitely like to keep one CB in this years class at least. It appears Cameron Ordway seems to be trending Ole Miss as well from UT. I'd like to be greedy and find a way to keep both.

A visitor note and a couple recruiting notes...
Defensive back Hunter Dale is on campus today and will be here for the weekend. He has a top three of Tennessee, Florida and Oregon.
Also, as we hinted in the War Room, we're hearing strongly now that Vincent Perry and Ugo Amadi are expected to be on campus tomorrow for practice. They were originally scheduled to be at Ole Miss this weekend but they are now scheduled to be in Knoxville.
He and Butch apparently had a very long conversation the other night and I think it's starting to trend that way. It should get interesting this fall and to see what Amadi says after making it in this weekend.

I thought are targeting of Amadi waa strange anyway. Freeze and co have been targeting longer CBs amd Amadi is every bit of 5'9", maybe
