Shea got his 5th star from 247 and is now the #5 player in the country composite. #1 player in the state of Florida.

I think you are looking at Composite, then 247 rankings. Nothing changed.

Amazing how Keion Joyner has gone from top 10 to not even in the top 150.

And they will put more into the all star games when the best go against the best in pads. These Tshirt camps are much more effective in evaluation than game film where you have elite athletes going up against non elite athletes. Face it, the only reason yall have an issue is because LSU players got dropped. 247 is too volatile with their rankings but they are doing what people like and getting more clicks doing so

Disagree. 7on7 isn't even the same sport.

The only reason you are pumping it is because of Patterson. I've been saying this for a while. They put waaay too much stock into these things. I could understand if it was the All Star game, but dropping people 100 spots or raising 100 spots just because they played good at one practice event??? You know they are also dropping players who don't go to the events as well right? Why do that? There is no good explanation.

If this was some unknown guy that showed his skills, or really low ranked guy that showed out, I'd understand, but this is silly. Why rank a prospect so high so early if you are just going to lower him because he didn't do well or even attend t shirt competitions?

So devin white dropped over 1,900 spots.

He just as soon give up football.

Or is he taking a few years of high school off and will be in the 2018 class??

From what I've heard from the opening, most of that makes no sense to me.

bullshite. I think it's an okay way to evaluate but it's no match for putting on pads and playing games.

This is like saying watching a guy hit a baseball off of a tee is a much more effective way to gauge his hand-eye coordination than watching him hit in simulated at bats.

In other words, it's stupid.
