I am still trying to figure out how my original post in this thread was not legitimate. Things can certainly change in recruiting, but Auburn would be considered the favorite for Marlon Davidson, Antonneous Clayton, and Antwuan Jackson as of today.

I didn't see the guy say this myself, but I have seen other people post that the Michigan mod on their rivals board thought Rashan Gary's recruitment might be between Auburn and Michigan after he visited Auburn a few weeks ago

I've never mentioned Dexter Lawrence as a possibility for Alabama.

I wasn't laughing about Auburn possibly landing those three.

I was laughing because there's no way in hell Auburn's Defensive Line haul will be the better than Alabama's, LSU's or Georgia's.

Who exactly? Jackson sure, but I have no clue who you are deluding yourself into believing the other is. Derrick Brown? LMAO, he is a Dawg lock.

Wtf? Clayton is a LB, phan. All the way. He is not 6'4", more like 6'2".

He may be a OLB in a 3-4, but he's a DE in a 4-3.

That seems incorrect.

Malzahn is about 6'2 or 6'3 for reference.

Clayton looks the same height as Malzahn to me. His fro makes him look taller, but I don't think he is.

ETA: On a side note, Malzahn looks like he has a huge melon.

Check the eye level of each. Clayton is taller.

Clayton is also stading erect, while Malzahn is not. I'm not trying to argue with you, just saying they look the same height to me. Maybe an inch difference.

And if Malzahn is 6'3, that would make Clayton how tall?

You said 6'2 or 6'3. So, it kind of depends on his actual height.

Arguing over an inch... all physical attributes are usually embellished somewhat...

Didn't realize it was that hard to answer a question.

Measured 6'3.5" at The Opening

All I said was he looked the same height as Malzahn. Your boy seems highly agitated by that.

You're asking how tall he is while giving two different measuring points. Not sure what you want me to say.

He's somewhere between 6'2 and 6'4 I'd imagine...

Regardless of his height, Clayton's an interesting case. Opinions clearly vary widely on him.

Don't know enough to compare overall DL classes but OSU may have the best DE haul in the country. Very heavy favorites to get Bosa, and have Cooper/Hall who are both top 10 WDEs, so that's 3 absolute studs

OSU has for some reason had real problems recruiting DTs the last few years. Both our starters last year were fringe DE/DTs when they arrived. OSU has 1 4* DT committed but he's a lower end, and OSU needs at least 1 more honestly
