Any info on why he was still available this late from any of the Georgia guys?
247 rates him at 95 and the #12 player in Georgia.

Sounds like his coach did him a disservice. He basically told anyone that came looking at the kid that he was a non-qualifier.

I believe they had to submit his class for NCAAA approval. Because they believed he wasn't eligible every school backed off. And honestly, he plays for a historically bad team so he may have been missed. He has the raw size that you want but he needs some major technique work.

Not really.
We are an easy 6 deep at DT this year, but 3 of them are seniors and Beckner will leave early for the draft in two years. So we may need him in the future.
Probably will play OL, but DT has been discussed as well.
