So he doesn't have the ACT to come to Auburn but gets in Florida? da frick is going on down there?

Sounds like UF is willing to take a chance that he can get the score up between now and final enrollment. Auburn apparently wasn't.

This, it isn't really that complicated.
Their class is smaller right now so they can afford to be a little more flexible. Did y'all just start following recruiting this year?

Some kids do not test well. A test prep course can do wonders for an ACT score. Lots of kids coming from states with standardized testing are not prepared to taking exams like the SAT and the ACT.

I know this particularly because I have a HS senior right now. We lived in Alabama as well, so I know this subject pretty well.
And she is a Honor society that will probably be an aggie even though I expect her to be getting her LOA to UF in the next few days.
