I'm glad of that. He's given off the 'paying the home school respect but not terribly interested' vibe for a while and I'd much rather have him there than at an SEC school. Not only does it remove him from having to play against him but I also think it gives us a better shot at his little brother who Wells will have time to establish a relationship with.

We're certainly not hurting on the OL recruiting front or in instate talent. Knox Catholic alone has an OL that right now is 100% D1 players and the state is loaded with OL prospects, some we've already secured. UT having an all TN line this class and in the future isn't out of the question (hell it's a possibility right now with Jashon Robertson, Jack Jones, Brett Kendrick, Drew Richmond and Trey Smith all competing for starting positions).

Also, for all of the criticism TN has taken in terms of not producing D1 prospects, even in our dark years when that was true, we produced high level D1 linemen -- both OL and DL.
