talented WR from McGill... nything else out there floating around on this dude?
I know D. Craig will hit the trail hard in the Mobile just wondering if LSU or maybe even Auburn has the leg up right now. Auburn had recruited Jason Smith a few years ago so I thought maybe they had keyed on Williams too.
I believe both LSU and Tennessee have offered him.
is that about right?

Unless I completely misunderstand the rules (which is entirely possible) I don't think that it does. I think it would open up an additional spot for early enrollees. But not for the current signing class.
But since the early enrollees have all pretty much enrolled and nobody has graduated high school and is sitting around waiting to enroll in school, it won't matter.
