LSU. He seems like much less of a lock than some on this list, considering Florida State's strong connections to North Carolina, but Joyner's relationship with LSU remains strong. This recruitment has a long way to go, and this is one of my least confident picks.

Has LSU showed long-term interest in a Louisiana prospect? Yes. Has the prospect made repeated visits to Baton Rouge? Yes. Then the prospect is a good bet to play at LSU.
Alabama is interested, but doesn't seem to have the same traction with Lawrence that it has with previous Monroe-area prospects like Cameron Robinson.

Oliver's recruitment is just beginning, so any prediction should be taken with some skepticism. The University of Houston offers a lot of familiarity, in that Ed's brother is an offensive lineman there and former coach Corby Meekins is now the tight ends coach there.
But LSU has strong connections in Houston as well, and signed former teammate Toby Weatherbsy last cycle. David and Goliath is a famous battle because Davids usually get crushed by Goliaths. LSU is the pick because its football is simply on a different level.

Joyner and Oliver are 50/50 at best probably right now
