I take it his brother plays at Tech?

It would suck, because I think he's a fantastic prospect. However, if his grades suck, I don't see the point in playing for a dick coach at arguably the premier engineering school in the country

He will be at LSU. I could understand if his brother was at Bama or another big time football school, Georgia Tech is not where good football players go to continue their football careers. Not trying to be rude but.......

I've got a few friends at LaTech that played football at Ponchy and they said he's kind of soft and strays away from contact. But you cannot teach that kind of size

Last I heard he was only interested in LSU and Bama. Just read where he talks to Saban regularly and just scheduled another trip to visit them. Sounds like another tooth and nail fight in this one with the edge going to Bama strictly based on their oline success.

I'm wondering if he'll have a weight issue

Yeah, it would be a great idea for 6'4" 340lb guy to play in a cut block scheme. That would really get the most out of him.

I find it hard to believe that he'd end up at Tech.

ETA: Christian would be at LSU if we would have offered IMO.

Having bama on him boosts his ego but in the end, he's a Tiger...

I'm gonna give the edge to the team he's committed to.

Which makes Calvin Johnson's commitment and career all the more baffling.

I actually talked to a friend and teammate of his about three weeks ago that said he was 100% all in with LSU and had no intention of going to play in ATL. But who knows since then, right?
