Some low self esteem shite here. What happens if he has a career ending injury prior too a full ride? Just curious.

He could get a medical scholarship if they have room for a spot on the 2018 class.

If they don't have room, they can create a scholarship for him (they did for a football player in the 2016 class who got hurt and couldn't play football. Gave him a full ride and he didn't have to hit the 25 class count. If he doesn't play football, he is just a student eligible for whatever he is given)

He just happens to believe that a grey shirt at Alabama is greater than playing right away for the rest of you scrubs.

Which is just a ridiculous assumption.

Where are all the sleuths that ATPB this bitch. Are we not allowing this anymore? I want to hear how he cheats. Has to be the best ever. Seriously, can we get a new NCAA pres? This guy is corrupt as they come. They need to punish ole miss now. Instead they are punishing them by waiting. It's obviously intentional. Oh ole miss beat the pres buddy twice in a row. Damn

It's not always about getting kids to your schooo, sometimes it's about keeping them away from direct competition.

It used to be that way. If you could pull it off, you did.

But in an era of 85 total scholarships no school or coach has the luxury of being able to do that anymore.

I don't know why there's such a strict scholarship limit in the first place. Well I do know why. Because all of these shitty little schools couldn't compete with the big boys so they tried to put rules in place to try to limit their dominance. Forget about the fact that they're taking away opportunities from hundreds of kids to get a free education and play Division 1-A football. The only thing that matters is preventing teams like Miami from dominating every year.

What's crazy about a good football player that wants to go to his favorite school while that school is on the mountain top. The experience he will get from being around our program will be worth it and if you can see that, you must be a fan of a lesser program.

Do you bitch about prosports rules that generate parity?

I don't have a problem with Bama here and the greyshirt . But Bama doesn't complain about the 85 scholarship limit like a child.

Pathetic LSU would wait until they secured their recruiting class to fire some coaches. A damn shame.

Bama signed 26, plus 2 blueshirts and Parks is a greyshirt, for now. It appears Bama can back-count 4 of its EEs. So, it appears the 85 total scholarships cap (not the 25 class size cap) is the reason for the 2 blueshirts and Parks' grayshirt. There is some expected attrition before fall camp, mostly guys who'll get their degree with eligibility remaining that aren't likely to play and maybe a couple more transfers. So, it's fairly likely Bama can have Parks on a scholly by fall camp.

Arkansas has one open. C'mon down, Parks. Hit up Darius Philon and ask him about the Hogs.

I'm willing to bet his briefcase weighed a little more than others, the 2017 dodge charger is pretty sweet too. I really don't know how Bama does it, kudos.

They are better than UGA and everybody else in the SEC no doubt, but in case nobody noticed UGA lapped the East in recruiting yesterday. The main question of course is can Kirby coach? We will find out soon enough, I give every 1st yr HC's passes.
