Well Pittman is the better OL coach so it makes sense.

Pittman is an excellent coach. Cristobal, when considering the total package, may be as good of an assistant coach as there is in all of college football.

Perhaps but he's not Pittman. You must forget that Saban tried to hire Pittman first before hiring Cristobal.

Probably because Pittman had been an OL coach in the last few years. Cristobal was a fired head coach. I believe Bama folks are very happy with how it turned out. Our OL depth chart for 2016 barring defections/injuries is otherworldly. He actually consults with Joe Pendry and Hudson Houck, two of the best offensive line coaches in the history of the game, in his evaluations.

That's very encouraging for Hog fans seeing how Pittman has been consistently signing offensive linemen with offers from Cristobal.
