Georgia fans, what's going on with BJ Emmons?

Tennessee has started pushing hard with Emmons recently and VQ posted this today
I heard a while back that he had some legal issues going on involving weed. I'm curious to know if that's been resolved.

He has some hurdles to clear before UGA will fully accept his commitment. It's a combination of grades and legal issues I believe.

I think there's an extremely slim chance he qualifies so we are probably not spending too much time keeping in touch with him. Have to recruit others to be prepared in the likelihood of that happening
He's a great player but I don't think he's necessarily ready for a college environment from what I've seen.

It sounds like Georgia doesn't think he has any chance to qualify. He said recently that he hasn't heard from the staff in a couple months.
