You will be able to add an Auburn one real soon and a Bama one in the near future.

Not who he was talking about.

Woody Barrett likely to commit to Auburn today.
Jawon Pass likely to commit to Alabama at the end of July (I think).

ETA: He commits July 13th.

This kid...

I know A&M is the competition, but I was unaware Pass changed his mind for the 089347538907452 time.

That's what everyone keeps saying but just looking at the situation logically, if he goes there he's literally looking at playing for 1 year, 2 tops. I don't see how that would be really enticing for him...

.

I still think he ends up at North Carolina or Lousville. Bama has a talented roster at QB already and it's not as inviting of depth chart.

Well surely him flip flopping like a fish out of water isn't helping his cause any. The kid is a pretty damn good QB, but he's going to end up ruining his stock with this shite every two weeks.

Most of that bunch are better than Cornwell and probably Barnett.

Doesn't matter where he goes, he isn't starter material for at least 2-3 years. My buddy put it pretty well in comparing him to AU QBs.

"He is built like Cam, throws a (non) spiral like Kodi Burns, has the arm strength of Chris Todd and runs like Barrett Trotter".

Pretty spot on.

If you recruit players from Carver, you're going to have a bad time.

Cornwell and Barnett have both been very impressive for freshmen, according to those in the know. Those two are the future for the next 3-4 years. So Pass could come in and develop slowly and compete as a RS sophomore or junior for the job. Physically, he has the tools...would love to have him. Never a bad thing to sign a 4-star elite 11 QB to come in and compete.

Add Hurts/Bama to the list. Amazing to get a 4-star Elite Elven QB out of TX right on the heels of signing the #1 QB in the nation and a top 10 QB the year before. I figured we'd be lucky to sign a 3-star warm body that had offers from Vandy and Southern Miss with our depth chart. #stacked
