Did anyone close as strong as LSU?

Less than a month ago our class was ranked 15th or higher (depending on which site you looked at) and folks had all but counted us out after Chavis left.
I think its safe to say that our recruiting class is better than what it would have been if Chavis had stayed.

Florida gets the nod as closing the strongest. Not the highest but the strongest. Not a huge jump from 15 to your current ranking.

I'm not sure the OP knows what he's talking about. There's a good chance we may have gotten Key with Chavis. Although I do think Orgeron went a long way in securing Key's commitment.

Sealed the deal months ago, closed the deal today. That's what I call closing. Good job everyone! SEC remains top conference in near future.

Florida, for sure. Not even a debate.

Yes, he definitely did. We're in a much better position as far as LB's if Steele was the coordinator last season IMO.
