Well that seals the deal for the Aggies with all that trademarking and what not.

Already in public domain. Been there for awhile.

Think he would stick with something to do with Mack Trucks or some shite like that.

Nice try..

why does it not embarrass aggie's when they obtain these STUPID trademarks. they had a qb (who remembers his name) that trademarked his nickname after ONE GAME. it must be that College Station has a snake oil salesman lawyer that sells trademarking everything. "howdy maam. we can trademark your husbands snake in no time atall. why don't we call it the great billy bob texas rattler".

It was just awarded last week. They filed for it two months ago.

Well... last earlier this month he was going to TCU, then last week he was going to UT, then TCU and A&M once again.

You say 2 months ago he was an aggie??

Comprehend much?

Trademark has NOT been awarded. The opposition period is past, but they still have to prove first to commerce, which they probably can't do.

Haha. We're dealing with land sharks, tiger baits, grinders, pig sooies, etc....

And we're supposed to get rustled because a kid ( and prize recruit) and his family wants to trademark a slogan HE promoted? Haha.

Not rustled...

Derivative of a slogan used by Georgia a few years back. They sold t-shirts, etc after players wrote it on their arms during the Tech game

No, because this kid craves attention and is even going through the process of trademarking a stupid slogan. It's bad enough when college kids do that, let alone high school kids.
