That is amazing for Mississippi with only 3 million population. If you included juco, I wonder where it'd rank?

I agree. IMG would be much more likely to have a negative effect on states that are losing their recruits to them than it would have a positive effect on Florida's recruiting ranking.

You could split Florida in two, and both halfs of the state would still rank above Texas.
