He directly recruited Rashard Lawrence to LSU last year and was open about that, he really loves LSU. Anything can happen I guess but I'd be a bit surprised if Mathis went to Bama. Smith has been long gone this whole time and Harris I honestly just dont know what he does. He has a very hard decision to make. He might almost be most benefited to look outside LSU and Bama but certainly I'd love a 3rd safety his caliber in our class.

Its gonna be hard for Bama to fit him in. They only have 3 spots left. There 247 mods said they are likely to only take 28

He is a take if he wants in. Most feel pretty good about landing him but FSU is a threat

I've always felt that Mathis and Harris will end up at Bama. I don't know why but for some reason my brain has already conceded both of them to Bama lol. We have the number 1 and 3 safeties committed already so if we lose Harris I'm totally okay with that. But losing Mathis would suck.

Yalls DB's are pretty lackluster except for Minkah. Smith is a Odell Beckham type of little guy receiver, real quick, real hard to pin down, but not a huge towering presence

Ruggs may be going to FSU. Having said that I don't know that it affects Smith one way or the other. He may just want to stay in state.

Lsu visited his dad in Georgia before they visited Mathis in Monroe. O made several stops in Monroe to visit everyone close to Mathis. Pretty sure they locked him up then.

There's been a lot of noise about Mathis' family swinging to LSU over the last 3 days. I'm betting he ends up here now. I would bet Harris is here, as well, with Smith as the wildcard.

Something is going on with Smith. If anyone knows the kid its Jimmy and for some reason he has predicted Smith to LSU (Granted it's not like he hasn't been horribly wrong before)
