Decent player, had a big year 2 years ago.
It's a definite upgrade, especially depth wise even if he doesn't start, and in the SEC west you need all the help you can get.
You never know what make the difference between coming up just short and a SEC title game appearance.
I remember Ryan Smith coming over from Utah in 2006. People thought he couldn't play because he was from a weak conference. He ended up with 8 INT and 16 PBU for a national championship squad.
You never know....
