I don't have a clue who he's talking about but there are no 5* long snappers. You may have a 5* OL who also long snaps, but not a LS by itself.
Even the #1 rated kickers and punters typically don't get much higher than a 3 star or maaaaaybe a low 4.

Seriously. I may be wrong, and he may be good - but I have never seen a deep snapper get 5*'s on any rating service... at least not the ones that matter.
