Glad to hear this. The Feaster visit couldn't have gone better but he's in Spartanburg and has multiple connections to Clemson. I say take CFA and call it a day.

I mean it's either take him early or fight an uphill battle for Feaster. Holyfield and Emmons have sailed. The next guy up is a diamond that plays for AC Reynolds in Asheville. Were only taking 1 this class.

He wll probably commit to Tennessee Saturday, but I don't think his recruitment will be completely over considering I just read an interview where he said there isn't a big difference between Tennessee and Auburn. I think he could easily flip to Auburn at some point in the future if we have a better season.

Well he recently named Auburn his leader so we can expect him to commit to another school any day now.

Congrats Tennessee.

This one was interesting. Went to being a huge AU lean to TN commit quickly.

This has happened several times the last few months, we suck so bad. A staff full of recruiters too, pathetic.

He was the 10th best running back on 247 last I saw. Of course this is probably the worst year for running backs in all the years I have followed recruiting

Nice get for the Vols! I know Georgia was on him for a while unitl it seemed evident he would go somewhere else. I thought he would go to Auburn, though.

The Aubs are having a tough time of it recruiting wise so far. They usually end up doing pretty good, though.

Maybe. I doubt it. But it's possible, I guess. I have a feeling even you don't believe that, though.

It really has been a rough go so far. Surprisingly, it's been just as rough for offense as defense. I know a lot of defensive recruits are being fed pitches that Muschamp is one and done. But I'm baffled at offensive recruiting too. Long way till NSD so no need to panic like some fellow Auburners are. We always get ours.

Correct. It is still early and Auburn usually finishes strong. NOBODY gets all their prime targets. I think you are still in good shape with Antwaun Jackson, for one. There will be a lot more kids decommitting and recomitting before NSD for lots of teams.

If your defense looks improved this year (and I think it will for several reasons) and Muschamp stays, I think you will pull in a LOT of big targets next year. Our recruiting picked up last season after getting Pruitt, but this year we have seen a BIG jump. You'll probably see the same thing with Muschamp.

Carlin has the best highlights that I've seen. It looks like the Vols have a winner if they can keep him.
