How is he a composite 4* when he is a 3* on Rivals and not even ranked on 247?

247 has him as a 4* if you check out the second link above.

That's just his composite ranking. You can see that he is still N/A in the actual 247 ranking right below that. At least on their mobile version that is what I'm seeing.

Offer from Mizzou and Kansas...seems like our home state 4*. He has no home state offer though.
