How do you stand all of these other posters who root for lsu that talk all this shite over your nephew just because he chose to play for a different school? You've got way more composure than I. I'd be going off in these sore losers all day

It's not easy. Especially when outright lies are spread, some from posters you thought of as general "Message board friends" whatever that is.

Yeah the biggest shock to me is they know you love lsu and I'm sure slade does to to an extent still there's just no reason for so much anger towards an 18 year old kid

If you are saying it's because he gave a verbal commitment to Bama and some sort of Bama bounce. You are wrong. Most people knew he would be bumped after his performances this past summer alone. His three touchdowns in a half of work against Neville certainly did not hurt either. He is a good kid and an excellent player, one I wish would reconsider.
With the treatment he's received from some I doubt that ever happens.

His three touchdowns in a half of work against Neville certainly did not hurt either. He is a good kid and an excellent player, one I wish would reconsider.
With the treatment he's received from some I doubt that ever happens.

It really hasn't been that bad. It would be much worse if LSU wanted. Luckily he's not good enough for LSU so it lessens the venom.

I'm excited to have the kid. I expect big things from him, but even if he doesn't reach his full on-field potential, by all accounts he's a great attitude kid who will help in the locker room. Exactly the type of kid you want on your team. It's a win/win.

No I'm not related to Slade Bolden. I have seen him play and have seen the posts by his family here. Whether or not he is a fit at lsu can be argued, whether or not he's good enough for lsu no way. I do not know what the coaches felt was a priority at the position but again know that he is playing in the highest class in the state against some of the best teams in the country and Bama got another good one from Louisiana again.
Saban I believe second only to Jimmy Johnson at recognizing talent and what to do with it on his team. He has a role for Bolden, he's already told him that role and Bolden has bought into what his role will be. From Tommy Wilcox to Cam, Louisiana players at Bama have been kicking our arse and I hate it.
Whether Bolden is another one we will see, but he's pretty dang good and I wanted to see him in purple and gold.
