Pearson

I've watched this kid since he was 8. Absolute stud hitter with Elite speed.

Can he bunt or watch strike 3? If not, he probably won't fit in (half kidding).

Corner OF or center?

Bats left, throws right, great pop, 6.6 60 as a sophomore. I don't think he ever makes it to campus. Too good.

LSU, MSU, Ole Miss, Tech, among others. LSU usually doesn't offer much for in state players though. They typically want them to use TOPS as much as possible I believe.

Tops is a bigger scholarship than really any school can offer in baseball. I think they only get 13.7 or some silly number like that for the whole 35 man roster.

We seem to be offering more and more draft risks lately. Hopefully we can land a few.

His number one reasoning for committing to us was to get a civil engineering degree and be able to play baseball in the SEC. I like our chances on him. Although, a large check can change anyone's mind, but he seems pretty passionate about the degree and our program.

JJ is not the guy for impartial analysis of anyone with any ties to West Monroe, LA.

I'm not expecting to ever see this kid on campus. Just assuming hes a high draft risk.

He just ran a 6.46 60 at Prep Baseball Report Top Games. Here's the breakdown of his previous performance a couple weeks ago.
