I think he sat out last years high school season maybe? Not sure. I know he was trying to move from Florida to the NOLA area and finally got to Chalmette for this school year.

He may not have. I know he tried to transfer to Walker-Landry in NOLA before last school year but wasn't going to be eligible. I guess he just stayed where he was and played then.

I read that LSU and Florida were recruiting him and that Kentucky is starting to show a little interest

Yeah, we are recruiting him. I assume a formal offer has been made. I actually hadn't heard much about his recruitment other than that we were looking at him. I assumed that Miss St would be on him if he was trying to transfer to the same school as one of their commits.

Apparently this is going back to the Adidas AAU thing. Plays for Adidas AAU team, commits to Adidas school. So weird in basketball recruiting...
