As the OP of this thread, you are going to have to do a lot of updating and editing. I hope you thought this one through. I was going to do it, but it is a lot of work. Thanks for doing this. It needed to be done.

I'm not as worried about commitments this early as I am the guys liking the coaches/program.
These kids go to so many camps and junior days i wouldn't expect many to commit this early
