When you say #1 Weak Side Defensive End, you really mean #1 JUCO WDE but would be ranked as the #15 WDE if he was rated with high school seniors in this class right?
Because that's what his ranking would be if you included high schoolers. His Composite ranking is a 91. Just good enough to make the Top 15.
I'm sure you'll edit to accurately reflect his ranking though.
