Its nice to see Stevens staying home for the Orange & White game. I haven't seen no list on VN yet. But im pretty sure that Higgins will be there too. We really need to find a way to get a leg up on our instate kids.

I think we finish strong in state when it's all said and done. Not sure about Higgins making it in for the O&W game. Fortenberry had mentioned something about traveling with his basketball team this weekend.

Higgins will end up being a VOL IMO. I will be shocked if anyone outside of UT pulls a kid from Oak Ridge that Tennessee has made a #1 priority. You can't go down any main or side road in that city without being bombarded with Big Orange flags and decals at every corner. That's as much of a UT town as any in state and he will feel the pull from his peers, teachers, coaches, and probably family since it's so close and they can all drive 25 minutes to see him play.

Fingers crossed anyways

Our "insiders" say his sister has a volleyball tournament close by and it's easier for them to do both if he attends the O&W game.

Did he end up making the UT game? Heard he couldn't show.

Murfreesboro, Tenn., athlete JaCoby Stevens spent the weekend in Knoxville checking out the Vols, one of his recently named top 7 schools. After time with players, coaches and the Neyland Stadium atmosphere, the Vols may be moving up his list. “They are doing really great things there,” Stevens said. “One thing I like about Tennessee is that they are actually using their own guys. They are their stars. You have guys like Jalen Hurd, Josh Malone. You have Robertson on the line and Jack Jones. You have Derek Barnett. You see the home state guys standing out.”

Lock in April? That's cute, this will go to NSD with UGA and LSU firmly in the mix. Unbelievable.

Unrelated to the OP, but did Gibbs make it to the spring game or not? I heard something about him making it to Knoxville but not attending the game? Don't remember where I saw it though, but wasn't an official channel so no idea if true.

There could be something brewing with Stevens, the word is UGA got a few silent commits last weekend and Jacoby received 2 CB's to UGA today. I still think this will not be settled til next Feb., have not heard if he is a EE.

WGAF about wide receivers as long as Azzanni is here. Josh Malone, Marquez North and Preston Williams have played a combined 6 years under him and barely have 1000 yards between them.

Which is a shocker. You guys recruit off the chain when it comes to WR. Highly ranked, talented WR.

It's mind boggling how underutilized our receivers are. I mean they can block very well, but no 4 or 5* wants to go to a school where they block all the time.

You know, it's really hard to believe that Jones and Azzani coached Antonio Brown.

And Brown attributes a lot of his success to Azzani and Jones.

And LSU right back in it, Austin Thomas just re-hired back at LSU, spent 3 months at USC
