Now that most incoming freshmen is on campus and you have an idea of your teams areas of need. What do you feel is a concern that needs to be fixed within the next several weeks?

For us off season conditioning have our potential starters on the Oline losing significant weight. Most would feel this isn't an issue but 3 starters in the 280's and 270's range is alarming in the SEC. Maybe over the next few weeks there will be a weight gain program as these numbers were from early last month but today this is an issue. We weren't particular large up front last year and produced an outstanding running but we were in the middle of the pack in sacks given up per pass attempt which is something that needs to be improved on while breaking in a new QB which most feel is our main concern. The talent is there at QB and with solid protection the QB's confidence will build.

OT John Theus - 6'6 303(-10)
OG Brandon Kublanow - 6'3 282(-12)
C Isaiah Wynn - 6'2 278(-5)
OG Greg Pyke - 6'6 313(-8)
OT Kolton Houston- 6'5 285(-2)

Depth on the DL. If our depth holds up there- we are a 10 win team again. We have to have 2 DT's and 2 DE's step up and get after it in that 2nd group

Wasn't aware our OL weight was a concern at all, let alone the biggest concern we have on our team. Our OL is one of the least of my concerns, fwiw. Well behind my concern at QB and WR, for example.

Mason had to scramble quite often even with the running game we had.

Far and away the OL. The pieces are there at every other position.

Our OL wasn't perfect, but they are far from our biggest concern. Heck, we return one of the most experienced and deepest OLs I can remember at Georgia.

Meanwhile we'll be starting a brand new QB (whoever it is) with almost zero experience, or (worse) from a Virginia team that was below .500 last year. Seems that should be a little higher on our 'concern' list. And we need just about all of our incoming frosh WRs to contribute just to make sure we have a decent WR rotation.

Anyway, our OL is far from my biggest concern, fwiw. In fact, I think it's one of our greatest strengths going into next season.

I think if Chris Jones is the dominant player he can be and Ryan Brown and AJ Jefferson keep improving we will be fine in the DL. We have Nelson Adams and Nick James also. I hope Fletcher Adams comes in and can play. I don't think Manny will do all that rotating crap, so these guys need to be, and from what I am hearing they are especially Jones, in great shape to play more snaps. Manny will keep the best players on the field.

I don't remember the last time Georgia had a bad OL. They are the most devastating run blocking line in the country every year it seems.

I do. But it certainly ain't the crew we have returning. We return four of the five starters that paved the way for the most points a Georgia team has ever scored in one season, I believe. I think we averaged something like 41 points a game, for tops in the SEC. Plus, behind the returning four starters, our OL bench is pretty deep, not to mention a couple of behemoths we've got joining the team in the Fall.

Yeah, I don't have the OL at the top of my 'concern' list.

Depth in the secondary and d-line along with a solid wr option to compliment Duke.
