Should the selection committee avoid conference, and regular, season rematches in the semifinals or deliberately pair them to avoid rematches in the CFP final?

They should go back to the BCS and fire the idiots on that committee. Take the top 4 or 6 from BCS formula. Done deal. Merry Christmas.

The selection committee should be disbanded, and we should go back to the old system for the top 4.

Take the 4 most deserving teams and roll with it.

The committee should select whoever they determine to be the best four teams in the country.
Winning a conference championship should be part of that calculus, obviously.
