For me, it would have to be the RBs Jeremy Hill and Terrance Magee. Those guys ran hard and with force. Our QBs looked solid for the most part, but once again, I think our running backs will carry the offense.

Let's hear ya

Obviously, the HUGE crowd. Afterwards going to Toomer's was pretty special too. There had to be at least 20,000 people surrounding the trees. It was packed.

From the game, Cameron Artis-Payne is going to be a stud.

Yeah it looked like Lsu's run game will be pretty solid.

For Arkansas, I enjoyed Arinze the most, a relative unknown that just WENT OFF.

Everything, It was like night and day from what the Doolander was doing

-Great turnout/weather
-Live Music/Dj
-500+ former players in attendance including Big Al Wilson, Arian Foster, M Hardesty just to name a few.
-Completely new atmosphere and the recruits loved it

Defense played great with the switch back to the 4-3 they looked hungry, tackled well, swarmed the ball which is a complete 180 from last year and the failed 3-4. The offense, mainly the QB position, looked like hot shite with a few break through plays mixed in. Long way to go but a good start. Butch is making all the right moves off the field, I'm just hoping this translates to success on the field come august.

No injuries. No false starts. No fumbles. Both INTs were by backup QBs.

The depth at QB was the most exciting thing for me to see. Shaw sat out the spring b/c he had surgery, so the backups (Thompson, Nos, and Mitch) got most of the PT and reps this game.

Nos is fast like Shaw, but he threw a couple TD's and kept drives alive with his arm as well. Mitch came in as a true Freshman, but had 2 50+ yard TD bombs, which helped him live up to the hype about his arm coming out of HS.

I liked watching Jennings. You can definitely see the potential there. I don't think his stats were amazing, but give him a year and I think we'll have something special. And if we don't, we'll just continue to have a sub-par offense and win despite of it. No biggie

I thought Jennings looked good as well given the fact he was playing with the second and facing the first team

DL - best ever at VU legitimately have 8-10 guys that will give us productive snaps this season. Vince Taylor is the best looking (physically DT VU has ever had)

QB - Johnny McCrary is going to end up being a special QB and leader, think he will end up as the starter in 2014 as a RS Fr.
