It's not global, but the Germans took to the game greatly when NFL Europe was kicking. They don't have a world class rugby league there so it filled a void.

That's why i don;t get why the NFL wouldn't put a team in Berlin before we put one in London, but that's just me.

if we put a team in europe, it wont only be one team, it would have to be multiple teams that have their own division and london will definitely have a team

It's just easier to get your shite from Eastbay if you don't need custom shite.

Once Mizzou switched to the cool tiger logo, a ton of teams started using the Mizzou Ovaltiger.

I'm here in Vegas and here in high school football we've got the Arbor View Aggies in a rivalry with the Legacy Longhorns and it makes me laugh every time I see it.

fricking Big 12 everywhere I look.

They have a high school world championship. I saw a very disciplined and well-coached Austrian team beat American Samoa, then meet the U.S. in the championship. To call it a bloodbath would be generous. You don't come into our house and beat us at our game.

Texarkana has two main schools. The Arkansas High Razorbacks and the Texas High Longhorns.

Two of the biggest football fans I've ever met were from Ireland. Met them in a nightclub in Leon and ended up talking to them for four hours about NCAA and NFL football. They could name the entire roster of some NFL teams.

Told me how they wake up at 3am to watch games before work. That's fricking dedication...to the Philadelphia Eagles and the Tide.

Yep, they were Alabama fans. Conversation started because I was wearing my Bama shirt out that night.

Even worse, my high school here in Vegas is next to a pig farm. The principal said we were almost called the Razorbacks.

Perish the thought of me wearing that horrendous shite on my helmet with pride.

Looks like SEC invited the wrong hogs. Could have gotten that German prestige and European TV space.

It would be the shittiest division ever since no high caliber free agent would willingly sign up to play in Europe and pay sky high European taxes.
