The boosters are not playing dirty pool, only exercising their power to get the program in the right direction. Les would have lost his job last year but Les negotiated a huge buyout in his contract, this started the dirty pool if you want to go their. After a good season Les used Arkansas as leverage to negotiate a new contract with a buyout clause, just business and firing Les is just business.
Answer the post, fire your coach and hire Les for LESS
We now have a new chant for all you SEC fans being critical of LSU admin and boosters

The truth starting to come out, as uncomfortable as it may be for L5U fans. Only Saban and McElwain would be truly safe and not up for discussion. All eleven other fanbases would have chunks of fans...many at 100%...that would gladly drop their current coach like a sack of dirt if they could get Miles. And you guys are about to cut him loose.

Unless Alleva is a complete moron...which he may very well be...they could almost get Les for free.
Serious question...if not for Saban, would Miles be getting fired?
With an additional NC in 2011? And might L5U actually be undefeated right now?
L5U could just wait Saban out. He has to retire or leave someday, right?

I really don't care what the likes of Ole Miss, Arky, and A&M would want. They haven't won shite, ever, so this is a silly question.
But the fact that some of them wouldn't even take Les is telling.
