Would Tennessee consider taking a chance on hiring Gus?

I think Gus would make an excellent Vol coach. They should throw the bank at him.

Gus could definitely get better talent at Tennessee than Auburn

If I was a UT fan, Gus would be a win. Chip Kelly ain't coming.

That and I think Gus would win the east ever other year ish once he got his people/system in place.

I don't see UT being able to out recruit Auburn. They haven't for a long time.

Gus would be a level of instant credibility, but you rarely see a coach jump from one school to another in the same conference, at least not without sitting out.

With that said, Gus might be the best UT can hope for, since Leach and Petrino will have multiple SEC suitors. Will be interesting for sure.

Not true. The state of Tennessee produces more talent than the state of Alabama fwiw.

Lol at Tennessee offering any of those 3. I do not understand why you are constantly posting about Tennessee and Petrino

You like Gruden and Kiffin, but not Petrino? OK. Petrino would be a home run hire for winning. Not for anything else.

Why do you like Gruden and Kiffin better?

Edit to add: Petrino will be available for sure. Not sure about any other "named" coach.
