Who were some recent recruitment flips that really grinded your gears? For me most recently it was:

1.TJ Yeldon- Auburn had this guy all the way up to the dead period before signing day and he magically flipped to Bama.

2. Reuben Foster- Im mean the guy had an Auburn tattoo for god sake. I was so hurt

3. Rashaan Evans- Both parents went to Auburn and he played for Auburn HS...Still turned bammer

4. Marcus Lattimore- It came down to Auburn and SCAR. Imagine him, CAM and Mike Dyer in the same backfield!!!!

5. Cyrus K- What a way to make a fool of Auburn on nation TV. He holds off on signing letter of intent after talking to his bro and family, the rest is history.

Hon men-Dee Liner,Jameis Winston...

Wasn't Ryan Anderson quoted after the Alabama-Mississippi all star game that he was trying to flip him? They were on the same team at Daphne that won state.

he had Auburn Wrist bands on at the UA game. Word was he was all Auburn but they didn't want him to play baseball which was the deciding factor.

I don't know that you can really call Radio a flip. He only stayed committed to Auburn once Trooper left to make a show. He was gone the minute Trooper got his walking papers.

Was Lat committed to Auburn?

Evans wasn't a flip either. But it did hurt to loose him at a position of such great need for us.

it felt like highway robbery when yall took him. It was amazing because he went into the dead period being quoted as being 100% Auburn. Not saying illegal contact happened but it was an amazing grab because by the time the dead period was over he committed to Bama.

Laremy Tunsil comes to mind. If only there were some way Ole Miss had to pay for this, maybe I'd feel better...

So in other words, he didn't flip.

Keenan Allen because he wanted his talentless brother to have a scholarship.

I think Dylan Moses will end up being my favorite

Law'd...they weren't flips. Nor is there any proof that they gave soft verbals. Amend your title to the "worst recruiting battles you didn't win!".

Biggest I can remember was Gunner Kiel. If you dont remember this one, LSU secured a commitment from a 5-star all world QB in the 2012 class...He was an early enrollee. They promised he was the only QB we were signing, and that was the case. The time to show up for the early enrollees happened, and the plane he had a ticket on landed, and he didn't come off it. Then we found out he missed the flight, his mother convinced him to stay home and he committed to Notre Dame shortly after that. We ended up signing no QB in the 2012 class, we had Mett from the 2011 class who we got 2 years out of then have struggled at QB ever since.

At the time I thought it was over for QB when that flip happened, and well, kind of ended up that eh

Granted, Gunner was flame out himself. Miles was right about 1 thing, he lacked the chest. Flamed out at Notre Dame and Cincinnati.

Felipe Franks was a bit similar. Committed to us in June of 2014, stayed committed for 17 months, then in November 2015 decommits and commits to UF shortly thereafter and enrolled early there. From the time he committed till the time he decommitted he visited LSU SEVEN times (not an easy visit coming from FL, 7 hour drive each way). Nobody thought he was going to flip then it all happened so fast. Again, you just knew the QB position was cursed at LSU. Harris starts out the 2016 season and tanks immediately. Miles gets fired, etc...

Marcus Lattimore, Rasheed Evans and Jameis Winston were never committed to Auburn, so how exactly did they flip?

Robert Kimdeechee- gave us a verbal and was the 3rd richest person after his visit to Ole Miss, that one sucked. Our D line would have had Vic Beasley, Grady Jarrett and Kimdeechee on it

Bud Robinson- really thought that dude was going to be special at Clemson, thought he would be the next draft pick from WRU. We had a dorm room ready for him and everything, I'm not even sure he played college football, never heard from him again

Chris Garrett almost made me quit MSU. This kid had been a Bulldog since birth. His dad was an Alumni Assoc President in Tupelo. He camped at MSU from the time he was old enough to participate and Croom had given him a jersey# in the 8th grade.

Y'all think MSU fans got worked up about Cam Newton? This kid melted down the State networks

Dalvin Cook.

Committed to Clemson for nearly a year, then flipped to UF, and finally to FSU. Every time he gashed us for a big run I'd get a little sadder he wasn't with us.
